Our condo is perfectly situated on the 4th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River and water slide at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, kitchen with upscale appliances, coffee maker and a 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 55" Smart TVs in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, a King in the 2nd bedroom, two queen beds in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms and a queen sofa sleeper for sleeping up to 14.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

This property was pretty spot on from the listing and the reviews. It is conveniently located close to restaurants and grocery stores. Also, the location inside the condo itself was great, same floor as parking garage and it was on the end of the hall. I stayed with my wife, 3 kids(8,5,19months), in laws and sister in law, and there was plenty of space for all of us. Check in and out was a breeze, and any questions I had the host responded quickly.

Perfect location for our stay. Property manager was very responsive. When we checked in the bed frame in the master was broken. He found a solution and it was repaired the next day. Being the end of the season, the cushions on the couch and patio chairs need a good cleaning. Condo had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Floors were not clean, couches had huge brown spots on them, outdoor patio was so dirty that we did not use them, mold in the grout in the Jack and Jill bathroom shower and we had trouble connecting to Wi-fi.

Disappointed that there was no table on the balcony. Just 5 uncomfortable chairs that belonged with the missing table. Disappointed that the WiFi didn’t work in three of the four bedrooms. Disappointed in the layout of the two bedrooms sharing the third bathroom. Probably would not have rented if we had known it was a Jack n Jill. Smoke alarms kept chirping. Called service but they never showed. We purchased batteries and had to put new in every one of the alarms. Corner unit was really windy on the balcony. But we did like the parking right outside our door. The kitchen had everything we could ask for. Master bed was very comfortable and loved the walk in showers.

PROS....Plenty of room, great location, great parking, great view, very nice condo.All staff we had interaction with were extremely nice and helpful.Condo was clean and the kitchen was well equipped as we cooked most meals in and only ate out 2 nights.Check in and out couldn't be any easier.CONS... Really none. A few of the appliances were starting to show some age like the dishwasher but it got the job done. Furniture in living area could use updating soon along with the bed covers.Any other negatives would-be things that were personal preferences like thin pillows as opposed to thick and soft.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rent this unit again.

We enjoyed the large balcony over looking the Gulf for our morning coffee. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that you would need. We all enjoyed our stay.The only negative I could state was the tile floors, which appeared clean but when I went to get in bed I saw that after going barefoot in the condo the bottoms of my feet were black. I had to scrub my feet before getting into bed. I would suggest a thorough floor scrubbing!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at Phoenix Orange Beach 401! The condo is wonderfully stocked with everything you might need. Crock pot, batteries, blender, etc. You need it, it’s probably there. We needed a few more towels than were provided but that’s not a deal breaker at all. We got there earlier than check-in but the cleaning crew was just finishing up when we got there so they allowed us to take the condo early so we didn’t have to keep two small children entertained for several hours before we could get settled. The check-in process was a breeze, though one complaint we had was that check-in is at 4:30 and they do not sell parking permits after 5:00 so one of our group had to go back in the morning to buy the permit. The condo was very clean although the floor was still fairly sandy from the group who stayed there before us. I think a Roomba would be a great addition if I were to improve anything. The view from the condo was amazing and the tennis court was an awesome perk. The beach was clean and the lazy river and water slide were a much appreciated change of pace from a standard swimming pool. If you’re looking for a big swimming experience, this may not be the best place though because the deepest the pool gets it only five feet at the base of the water slide. The indoor pool may be deeper but we did not use it. Our biggest complaint of our time there was that most of the surrounding restaurants had significant wait times regardless of what time we went there. Most said it was due to being shortstaffed but several places had 1.5 to 2 hour long waits. Hopefully that will improve over time. All in all, this was a great condo and we’ll definitely be planning to come back in the future.

I really can't say enough about this property and location. The condo was perfect for our family of 11. Well stocked, clean, and such easy access (loved not having keys). The view was spectacular off the very large balcony. The pictures on the website are what you get. The entire family enjoyed the lazy river and water slide during the day and the indoor pool/hot tubs in the evening. The beautiful beach was only steps away down the private ramp. We also used the tennis courts on the 10th floor to play 4 square many times a day at the kids request. They are outside and fenced in with a high chain link fence which allowed for a perfect view of the city and the ocean. Across the street is grocery stores, shopping ,restaurants, arcade, go carts, etc. Charlie was great to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. We will be back!!
