This spacious two-story retreat is perfect for families or groups looking to relax, reconnect, and enjoy a unique community atmosphere near the beach.

Step inside to an open floor plan that allows everyone to mingle and unwind with ease. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare homemade meals or quick beach-day snacks when you're not exploring the area's delicious dining options. Just off the living room, a large covered porch provides the perfect place to sip your morning coffee or enjoy a relaxing evening glass of wine. A full bathroom on this level adds extra convenience.

Upstairs, you'll find three en-suite bedrooms, offering comfort and privacy for every guest. Additional conveniences include a sleeper sofa, two twin sleeper chairs, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Public beach access at Romar Beach is less than a mile away, making it easy to enjoy sun-filled days on the shoreline. Splendor is also within walking distance of popular local favorites like Live Bait, Beachside Mini Golf, The Ruby Slipper Café, and Doc's Seafood.

The Summer Salt community features fantastic resort-style amenities, including a zero-entry pool, putting green, and fire pit giving you everything needed for a fun and relaxing Orange Beach getaway. Please note that Summer Salt Pool is closed seasonally November 1st - March 1st yearly.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.
