Custom made designer fabric draperies with the highest quality total blackout lining in ALL rooms, and custom made glass tops on ALL furniture for aesthetics and your convenience.

Keyless entry lock on the condo's front door so you do not have to keep up with keys during your stay!

Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Nice room

Room was nice, some of the outlets would’nt charge anything but we read this is common in phoenix properties. Unit was clean and good location close to everything!

Family Fun

The property was perfect for our family weekend. Plenty of Bedrooms, Bathrooms and Hangout areas. We used all of the pools and the Lazy River was our favorite. Would definitely recommend.

It was okay

While we enjoyed our stay, we felt the cleanliness could have been more efficient. The bedding had stains, hair and other debris on them. There was mildew on shower curtains, if walking barefoot, we could feel a film of substance beneath our feet, and one family member found a contact lens in the room. To maintain cleanliness, the dishwasher detergent could have been slightly larger. The lighting in several of the entire-suite bathrooms flickered constantly. There could have also had more quality cookware as some of them were warped.

Best Vacation Yet

The condo was so big, plenty of room for the 10 of us. We loved the balcony view. Te only issues we had were the air conditioning didn’t cool very well in the master bedroom and I should have contacted the owner but I never took the time to do it. Also the website posted two recliners and there was only one. But besides that everything was perfect!

Most beautiful view

This place is beautiful and spacious. We will be returning. A few comments to add to help make others enjoy this beautiful place even more is to bring some of the following things: Sheets for pullout sofa bed and extra blankets. You will be going to the local grocery store so be sure to also add toilet paper, dish soap, pot holders and aluminum foil to your usual list.

Absolutely Beautiful View

We had a couple mishaps when we first arrived but the Hist was own it quickly so no complaints. Really no complaints at all. The view was spectacular, the condo was very spacious, we had 9 adults. Close to Walmart, DG, Publix, all kinds of souvenir stores, restaurants. I definitely recommend this place!! My entire crew did not want to leave.

Only negative comment is the trash collection came daily between 4:30 and 7:30 AM and emptied the large dumpsters directly below the bedroom windows.

Loved the condo … except

The condo was great! The balcony was huge on our corner unit, the grandkids loved the pool area, loved the ice maker, every bedroom has its own bathroom, and rooms were great size. No complaints really except for a couple of minor things: we got security called on us for a noise complaint after a late night UNO game, apparently every time we scooted a chair at the table it sounded like we were moving/dragging furniture to the people below us. Mgmt might want to put some sliders on the dinner table chairs/furniture. Also, from the condo to the beach is easy access, but getting to the water once on the beach is a little tough as there is no flat/gradual access to the water. For the younger ones it really isn’t an issue, but for some of the older ones with bad knees (like me) it was somewhat of a challenge. And while no one goes to the beach to watch TV, when you lay down at night to relax. … you kind of expect to be able to watch what you want, but the only Smart TV able to access prime and Netflix is in the main room. Again very minor issue. Over all we had a great experience.

Unsatisfactory

Unit 1401 was probably the first time I’ve ever been unsatisfied with any condo in any Phoenix. The floors were still dirty when we arrived (still popcorn on the floor from the guests before us). The guest bathroom tub didn’t have a stopper that worked and behind the toilet was black like there was some plumbing issue that wasn’t cleaned. The kitchen was the poorest stocked I’ve ever seen a kitchen. On day 2, the garbage disposal leaked and went all over the floor. The smell was terrible. When we opened under it, there were buckets already there as if it had been broken. My family had to sit indoors while the plumber worked. We couldn’t mop (there was no broom and the mop was black). So, THE NEXT DAY, they brought us a broom and a new mop so we could clean the mess. Lastly, it was poorly stocked with extra blankets and pillows. One pillow had a blood stain on it. Other than the condo, our stay was great. The kids LOVED the lazy river and water slide.

Fun place. Room could have been cleaner

The views from the balcony were spectacular. And the unit was spacious and worked great for a family of 7. We loved the outdoor areas!! The room wasn’t cleaned well and there were items left in the drawers from previous renters. The floors were dirty and still had crumbs/debris in corners. There was also mold in the showers. I had to vacuum upon arrival and thankfully brought cleaning wipes to clean counters better. I also felt linens weren’t clean so I rewashed pillow cases before we used them.

Plenty of space for group of 8

Very spacious 4br, 4.5 bath. Huge balcony. Condo needs some updates and a deep cleaning. Our feet/socks were black from walking inside the condo with no shoes. Bathrooms have some mold in and above the showers. Other than that this place is very spacious, balcony is huge. Elevators are limited, for a facility with 29 floors and only 4 elevators it wasn't bad for our stay in October for fall break. Communication was easy with Charlotte by email. I would consider staying here again, was our first time visiting orange beach.

Wonderful Oceanfront property

Great condo! It’s Huuuuuuuuge! Plenty of space. Location couldn’t be better. The views are spectacular. Definitely will book again. My only two negatives would be the elevator usage and the WIFI. Both minor. Property owner can’t control the elevators. But to have 30 floors and only 4 elevators creates a significant problem. The WiFi is slow and became annoying when I needed it. Other than these two details, Family and I had a great trip.
