Very conveniently located close to the centre of town. We were able to walk to the main shopping area.Unit was clean and the facilities were as expected. The bed was very comfortable.We did mention to the owners that there needs to be more towel rails in the bathroom and the split system needs attention as it was barely doing the job.If we ever return to Orange, we would be more than happy to stay here again.
Loft on 93 in Orange is clean, pleasingly decorated and all amenities are provided. Comfy bed and very warm in cool autumn. Great sunny balcony.Very quiet - tucked away from noisier nearby streets - close to great cafe.Ideally situated, a lovely autumn tree lined walk to city city centre and to local gardens, restaurants, and shops. Just right for couples.
Suited us perfectly. Very clear communications and very clean and comfy place. All we needed and super handy to a fab cafe. Can walk to supermarkets, restaurants and great gelato! Thanks. We will return when next in Orange.
The unit is located close to a great cafe and the CBD of Orange. It is clean and comfortable.
We had an issue with an outside drain causing a nasty smell after we used the shower. Once we informed the property manager they were straight onto it, wasn't fixed before we left. Hopefully it is now.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable accommodation in a great location.
In a beautiful street just down from one of the best cafes in Orange and a short easy walk to the main street Loft Ninety Three was perfect for our three night stay in Orange. A great neat fun place to stay. We would definitely stay there again.

It was ok, property was clean but the following needs to be addressed:No towel rails in bathroomNo bin in bathroomLounge/couch not great - a higher backrest is needed.Verandah in disrepair - railing needs replacing.Entry a bit a tricky - no lighting and awkward step.Very steep stairs.
