LOCATION

Situated just short of a 5 minute drive into the CBD, you really are in a great location to explore the town of Orange. The CBD is where you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out, shopping, parks, bars & more.



In just a short 3 minutes drive, you will find yourself at the wonderful Botanic Gardens and Adventure Playground. A little further down the road is North Orange Shopping Centre and McDonalds.



Our famous vineyards and cellar doors are as close as 10 minutes by car.

Other Things to Note:

This is a two story property, there are stairs that go to the two top bedrooms so this home may not suit the elderly or people with mobility issues. There are also steps from the lounge room to the kitchen. Please let us know if you have any questions or need clarification surrounding the stairs.



Firepit: This property features a fireplace and/or firepit for you to enjoy during your stay. Please note that firewood is not provided.



There are several local shops where you can purchase firewood on your way into town, or if you prefer, we’d be happy to arrange this for you through the Boarding Pass link included in your booking confirmation and other correspondence from us.
