Fabulous detatched Villa in a great location

The property is on 2 levels. On the upper level the door opens into a fully fitted modern kitchen with large cenre island. The kitchen has a large american style fridge freezer with icemaker, 2 built in ovens, 4 ring gas hob and dishwasher and a flat screenTV.
The kitchen leads into the lounge via 1 glass step. The lounge has a 50 " tv with satellite connection, 2 large black leather sofas, gas fire, Air conditioning and a convertable sofa which sleeps 2 people.
Through folding glass curtains leading to a large full width balcony furnished with modern outdoor furniture and safty glass screen with views over the large swimming pool and terraced area to the orange groves and mountains of the Orba Valley.
The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a kingsize double, air conditioning, TV, ensuite shower room with large walk in shower. The second is fitted with 2 single beds.
Family Shower room with large corner shower cubicle, washing maschine and tumble drier.
The lower floor is a small studio with 2 twin beds, sink, fridge and microwave oven. There is a shower room with large walk in shower.
Outside the studio is the large terraced area containing bar b que , undercover chill out area and poolside terrace.
