"Room was located above a bar. I was not aware of this until I arrived.
The room had communal ablutions which was advertised but I didn’t realise until I arrived.
Room smelt damp and the windows could not be opened.
Staff were friendly and offered a complimentary drink on arrival at check in, which was conducted in the bar."

We spent a really lovely night here. The room was really well put out, clean and comfortable. On top of that we had a very wholesome breakfast. Well done.

Would recommend to anyone. Right next to public transport and The Westfields shopping plaza. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the 1 bedroom i booked was perfect for my 12 day stay with all the amenities I needed. Would give more stars if I could. Thanks to the Quest Penrith staff for making my stay a great one.

前客服務非常細心，有耐性而且笑容滿面。由於晚上九點的時候需要門卡才能進入，但是職員見到我沒有大門卡都前來幫我開門。

If you're requiring accomodation for something nearby let alone within the International Sporting Complex itself this place is unbeatable. No frills but super clean, tidy and comfortable, friendly staff, fantastic service, free parking and great cafe and amenity within the complex.
Spent a whole week here for a sporting tournament but also travelled easily into the city to show the kids around the sites and saved a tonne of money at the same time compared to other alternatives. We loved it!

The toilet seaf didnt sit properly
There was a crack of light between the front door & doorframe, which let in a lot of cold air
The shutters on the window let way too much light in, during the night, from the two lights outside. I woke up constantly, thinking it was morning. Well, it was, 1.30am.
Had to keep a check on the time, every time it woke me up
Otherwise, it was brilliant
