"after a ten hour flight, a five hour layover and another seven hour flight, we finally reached our destination. we arrived at changi international airport around 7:00 am, exhausted and in need of a shower. we made our way to the hotel and were especially grateful they accommodated us with an early check in at 1:00 pm, two hours ahead of the usual 3:00 pm. we were able to leave our luggage while we explored the area and got some traditional singapore breakfast. the entrance to the hotel felt a bit unusual, it seemed like we were walking in through the back, sharing the driveway with cars. there were lots of neon purple lights, which made the space feel more like an after club lounge than a hotel lobby. once inside, we were pleasantly surprised by the room. our corner unit was thoughtfully designed, making excellent use of space with super high ceilings and a beautiful view right from the washroom. just a heads up, it has an open shower, and the floors can get slippery when wet. a robe and face towel would’ve been a welcome addition, but overall the room was well equipped. the bed was firm and came with adjustable settings to sit up comfortably. linens were good quality, and we appreciated the slippers, iron, hot water kettle, fridge, safe, and umbrella provided for our stay. extra towels were delivered by yoshi, one of two service robots. a fun and efficient touch that gave us a small glimpse into the hotel’s tech forward approach. decent breakfast and excellent! "

"Absolutely amazing. We stayed here for 5 days and the service was just phenomenal. We had fresh towels every day with the complimentary kits (dental kit, sewing kit, vanity kit which had hair tie amongst other things). The staff always greeted us with a good morning, afternoon or evening, depending on time of the day. The rainforest vibe it had definitely gave us a very nice, relaxing and peaceful getaway. I would stay here again if i can continue to afford it 😁"

"Most striking was the friendliness and helpfulness of staff despite not being the most experienced; the design elements in the bedroom were as expected and of high quality. I was surprised by the entrance foyer, check-in counter and 8th floor corridors which I thought were not commensurate to remainder of hotel. Staff uniforms too were a bit ordinary. Despite the above the high level of service and bedroom amenity (overall) I will be a return guest in the future. "

"The hotel is in a great area. Has a very convenient shuttle service to MRT and shopping centre. Our room was a bit small but had a comfortable bed and nice view. Breakfast has a great selection, bit busy because it is serving Novotel as well. All in all a good stay."
