Warming, if you are an ADA patron, careful… and I quote… we “don’t care about ADA”, if you don’t agree,, we will remove you with the sheriff by even asking. They woke us up late, because they had a work order which they claim was priority over any guess.
Expedia team on the contrary accommodated and I do always expect that from them… it anything I can say, do not select them as a hotel unless you are not a disable person. Worse yet, they held hostage the refund which they had agreed to make due to the inconvenience as they called it…
Again, I am not you, yet, my son who also has a disability had to take a walk in effort to calm down after such treatment.. he is also handicapped.
Warning… warning.. ADA complaint is forthcoming
