Warming, if you are an ADA patron, careful… and I quote… we “don’t care about ADA”, if you don’t agree,, we will remove you with the sheriff by even asking. They woke us up late, because they had a work order which they claim was priority over any guess. Expedia team on the contrary accommodated and I do always expect that from them… it anything I can say, do not select them as a hotel unless you are not a disable person. Worse yet, they held hostage the refund which they had agreed to make due to the inconvenience as they called it… Again, I am not you, yet, my son who also has a disability had to take a walk in effort to calm down after such treatment.. he is also handicapped. Warning… warning.. ADA complaint is forthcoming

You get what you pay for especially in the area. Lobby/check-in staff were great. Kind and respectful and hurried the process along. The room was clean, not an issue there. The beds creaked so bad. I mean if I rolled over in the night it was so loud. Simply moving would wake up any other people in the room. Tv didn’t work and our sink in the bathroom was covered in moldy areas. But for 1 night, right across from ICON park, can’t beat the price.

The receptionist wouldn't let me stay. From the moment I arrived, she had a bad attitude, and when I told her that wasn't the way to treat a customer, she took it badly and said I wasn't going to stay at the hotel.

At 530 am a wall frame fell and almost hit my sister while she was sleeping at 730 am there was roaches on the bed eww very nasty never again will I stay at this hotel

The hotel was clean; however, I did not care for the location. I was not expecting an outdoor-style hotel where rooms are accessed directly from the outside. Noise levels were high, and activity outside the room was audible throughout the night. Overall, this resulted in a poor stay and was not a good experience.

The Clarion Inn Hotel lobby was scary, very sparse, like a third world country. No Christmas decorations. Just a line of us checking in with a security guy with a gun and taser in holsters preparing our room keys with a nice lady checking us in. She tried to make things festive but the hotel lobby was scary. ( reminded me of what a prison check in would look like.) Then my room needed updating. To flush the toilet i had to take the lid off the toilet and jiggle the chain. When i checked out i told the Indian desk clerk and she just shrugged her shoulders. I was glad in the morning my car was fine. The bed was comfortable. I did forget my cell phone at the desk when checking in. I had been flying all day and was very tired. The kind hostess desk clerk returned my phone to me.

The Spanish lady was very arrogant and did not let me nor my guests feel welcomed. On top of top she gave me a room that the microwave was not functional and the room had a funky smell. Beds was very squeaky and uncomfortable. I’m glad I only reserved for 1 night!!
