Bed was clean. Staff was efficient and very helpful checking us in. Did not use the tub but some of the towels appeared to have dirt or coffee crinds on them. After walking around in the room with no socks on my feet were black with dirt. You can tell the floors have not been mopped/ swept properly.

For what I needed it, it was great. I just needed a place to sleep since it was work related. The only issue was, there was not hot water but staff was extremely helpful and offered me a full refund but I declined it and stayed. Overall, good!

A/C worked. I did not get breakfast. You can tell the hotel is older & that renevations are in progress. The most important things I fell have been addresses first. 1. mattresses were new. 2. Linens were new & clean. It was obvious what still needed to be upgraded. NO BED BUGS. Which is most important. A/C worked great. Shower water could have been hotter. The water was tepid. Staff were extremely friendly. Even with booking online you still needed to check in & out at the desk.

I stayed one night for a concert at the stadium the price was right although the Uber man didn’t particularly like the hotel and told me to be leery of the kind of people that stay there, but while I was there, it was just people attending the stadium concert so I was comfortable the hotel is very very old, but it was clean. The room was very, very clean and comfortable.

Clean, well kepped-up bargain.

The central location was key. The front desk was very helpful every time. Breakfast was basic, but had healthy options of resh fruit & yogurt! A plus for me. It was cleaner and better cared for than most older motels. The pool was pristine. Multiple HBO channels, USP charging stations and an actually quiet HVAC unit.
