The hotel is amazing, the lay out the theme. We stayed in a 2 queen club level theme park view room, which had a great shower and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of plug sockets and a great layout. The view was fantastic and we watched the night time show from our room. The direct entrance to the park was great. We had read some negative reports about the club lounge, but it was the opposite of what we had read the food was good, a continental style breakfast, evening food and drinks and desserts. The staff, nothing was to much trouble and they were extremely friendly without it feeling fake or over the top. We will definitely stay there again worth every penny.

Helios Grand is a fantastic Hotel especially when visiting Epic Universe. New clean and luxurious. We stayed as a special treat, not cheap though considering you are in the park most of the time and hardly use facilities when on a short stay . Parking very expensive too. Make sure you check your invoice on checking out !

The staff went above and beyond. Shoutout to Rachel at the front desk and Jasmine in the restaurant. We felt so spoiled, and loved celebrating my birthday. The hotel is wildly convenient, taking "on site" to a different level. You get a special entrance to the park that basically gives you a heads start on the Harry Potter ride you can't otherwise get. The rooms are really nice too. Comfortable beds, clean rooms. And the views!!! We LOVED opening the curtain and watching the park at night or while getting ready in the morning.
