"We experienced a very loud couple in the room next to us. They were having an argument at 3am,it took awhile for the front desk to answer the phone.I had to call a few times but once someone picked up ,the problem was taken care of."

"Room was fine, a bit dated, but clean and functional. for our 1 night stay. The only thing that really left an impression was the poor coffee station in the room. Cups provided were paper, only enough coffee for 1 person so the other person would have to have decaf. Creamer was powder. Those things wouldn’t have been so bad, but when I made my coffee it was like I made it the curdled milk. Looked horrible and therefore didn’t even try it. It’s a small thing but if you get the coffee right it makes all the difference to one’s stay. Thankfully the coffee downstairs at breakfast was decent. "

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived until checkout, every aspect of my experience exceeded expectations. The kitchenette in my room was a fantastic feature – well-equipped, clean, and incredibly convenient. It's rare to find such a thoughtfully designed space that actually makes you feel at home rather than just passing through. The location is absolutely perfect, with easy access to everything I needed during my visit - note there is a pharmacy, hotels and the Muskoka Discover Centre around the corner. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the extraordinary staff. When I checked in, I was exhausted from traveling and half-jokingly mentioned to the woman at the front desk that I desperately needed chocolate cake. I honestly didn't expect anything to come of it – after all, the hotel doesn't serve chocolate cake. But to my absolute amazement, she took my request seriously and promised to find some for me. I thanked her politely but privately wondered how on earth she was going to make that happen. Well, she did. The dedication and genuine care this staff member showed went so far above and beyond normal hospitality that I'm still impressed. It's this kind of personal attention and willingness to go the extra mile that transforms a good hotel stay into an unforgettable one."
