"We were disappointed that there was a strong musty smell that was apparent as soon as we entered the door from outside that leads to the individual apartment doors. The suite had the same strong musty smell. The jets in the jetted tub were not clean. The sponge available in the kitchen smelled very badly. There was no air mattress (or pull-out couch) as per the description of the property. The fridge, kitchen, living area, bedroom and shower were clean. There was access to an apartment size...

"When we got there - there were no sheets or a blanket or pillows for the second bed. No soap in the bathroom and missing a bath towel. The TV did not work - the remote had corroded batteries and there was a DVD player. Not sure if there was any reception or streaming available on TV. Kitchenette had coffee maker but no coffee filters. Doors were very thin and poorly insulated - could hear our neighbours and smell their incessant cooking day and night. "It was far from the “Perfect Studio” Bedding was not clean, full of stains and the comforter was old and very used. Cupboard doors were all broken. There were dirty towels hanging in the bathroom when we arrived. No hand soap the bottle was empty and the shampoo bottles were broken. Couch was stained and had hair everywhere. Needless to say we left and never stayed the night. Very disappointed. We have put in a claim for a refund. We have yet to have received one. "
