"Kind host, generous breakfast. The Santa Barbara room has a NOTICEABLE smell of wet old carpet. We had to keep windows open; If you are sensitive for smells this movie not be the room for you. "

"Good location. Nice room. We booked this specific hotel because it had a hot tub and wanted to use it after a long trip. I have never seen something so disgusting in a hot tub in good rating hotel. It was full of white foam (assuming from chemicals) and on top of it you could see the dirt and was truly disgusting. Another patron that was sitting by the pool acknowledged our disappointment and said she already asked the front desk about it and the response was that they are not in charge of cleaning it….The room was comfortable and clean, although they need to check the bottles provided for lotion and shampoos."

"Parking garage was stressful to enter for a large long SUV- very tight. Breakfast not included , no pool and less nice than expected. Not as nice as the Hyatt place in another town. "
