Romantic two-bedroom apartment, mostly renovated in 2021, suitable for up to 4 adults + 1 child under 14.

It has a style more unique than rare, presenting a combination of modern and traditional furnishings.

The property offers two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, and a living room with a simple kitchenette. It's worth noting that access to one of the bedrooms is provided through a shared aisle with the property owner.

The kitchenette is very basic and is equipped with a hob, fridge with small freezer, coffee machine, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and more.

The apartment is located on the first floor and can only be reached by stairs.

Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge.

It enjoys a panoramic location less than 10 minutes' walk from the centre of Ortisei in Val Gardena and its amenities. There you will find the first supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, rental shops and much more.

In winter you have the free ski bus approx. 350 metres from the house. It will take you to the Dolomiti Superski ski lifts in just a few minutes.

In summer, on the other hand, you have the hiking trails right behind the house and the summer bus stop is about 350 metres away, which will take you to the centre and to the ski lifts in just a few minutes.

In both summer and winter, you can also use the bus to reach the centre.

Approximately 450 metres from the house you will find a public playground, to the delight of your children.

The house has various amenities for your holiday, 1 outdoor parking space, free wi-fi, linen and towels.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
Important: We are partnered with SWIKLY – the leading vacation rental deposit provider. Before the check-in starts you will have to obligatory proceed with the online payment of the deposit, nothing will be deducted from your credit card, pre-authorized, or blocked. This will not even affect the limit of your credit card!

Solide Wohnung, Ausstattung verbesserungsfähig
Schlafzimmer und Bäder in gutem Zustand. Ein paar nützlich Kuechenutensilien (Wasserkocher, Spülmittel, Trockentücher, Mülltüten) fehlen. Bisschen Reserve wäre gut. Im Bad wäre Handseife und Reserve Toilettenpapier gut gewesen. Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt schön. Gute Location und Restaurants in Laufnaehe. Unproblematische und schnelle Hilfe durch MUSE Holiday.
