"Patrizia was a wonderful hostess with very clear instructions about our meet up and the apartment. She was very patient despite the language barrier and used Google Translate to make sure we understood her answers to our many questions. The apartment was very clean and well stocked for kitchen use, which we didn’t take advantage of since we only stayed one night. The bed was firm and comfortable, perfect for our first night sleep in Italy. We had a wonderful stay!"

"L'appartement est très grand (rez-de-chaussée d'une maison) et aménagé avec bcp de goût. Tout etait fournis à l'arrivée : linges de lit, serviettes de toilette, liquide vaisselle, éponge et torchons. L'accueil des propriétaires etaient chaleureux et leurs conseils bienvenus. "Nice hotel in a great location in Orvieto, with the big advantage of parking. The room was nice and comfortable, but the staff was quite indifferent, polite, although somewhat inflexible and not very willing to help when we asked for something out of the ordinary and we never felt particularly welcomed or cared for. Overall, a good option for its location and comfort."

"This was our final stop in Italy, and it was truly amazing! The property is beautiful and the view of Ovierto is breathtaking. But even more delightful was the food, staff, service, and pool! The breakfast buffet was the best we had in Italy, and the farm-to-table lunch and dinners were delicious. It felt small and intimate, and family-friendly. It was relaxing and a lovely way to end our trip. The entire experience was dreamy and we hope to return someday soon!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Podere Sette Piagge! Francesca and her team were wonderful and very accommodating. The room was spacious and clean - the beds were comfortable. The pool was our favorite part! It was absolutely perfect for unwinding on the hot summer days!! We ate dinner one evening and the food was wonderful too! We hope to return some day and would definitely stay here again!"
