The living area features a couch with a queen size sofa bed, a loveseat with twin size sofa bed, a flat screen TV mounted above the electric fireplace, and sliding glass doors that lead to the lakefront balcony with stunning views of the water.
Master
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, dresser, nightstands, flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open to the balcony for the perfect lake view from your suite. There is an attached master bathroom with double vanity sinks and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom two features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, closet, and a flat screen TV.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom features a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom three features a queen-sized bed, nightstand, closet, and a flat screen TV.

Outside on the screened in lakefront balcony you will find an electric grill, ceiling fans for those summer nights and two tables with enough seating for the whole group.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
