Very convenient location between Shin-Osaka station and Univeral Studios as well as getting to our next hotel at Shinsaibashi and has a small kitchen space. Beds were a bit springy and some dusty areas when we arrived. Be sure you have the door entrance PIN beforehand when you arrive as the check in is done remotely. Quiet neighbourhood with several amenities nearby (grocery store, laundromat, familymarts). A decent pragmatic, economical option.

Great spot for everything you want in Osaka. Great restaurants in every direction, 2 supermarkets nearby, train station super close, universal studios just 10 minutes by train. And it was a very nice room. We had a fantastic stay 😊

Easy to check in and easy to check out. Super close to good dining options when you are wanting to be near universal studios Japan. Compared to the hotel I’ve been staying at I’d rather be in this apartment. Amazing beds and amazing space for Japan.

Great location, great place

Location is good for visiting USJ, just 2 stations away - which is less than 10 minutes travel time. Room is clean and comfortable. There are many restaurants near the JR station, and are closed late at night. I would recommend this hotel to other visitors.

even though there isnt any reception, everything went smoothly; fr check in to check out. property is modern, clean and very near the train station. I love that you can leave your things securely while waiting for check in or after checkout. highly recommended.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights and definitely recommend this accommodation. Check in process was through a conference call at the entrance which was fast and smooth. Entry to the building and room are through digital codes. The room was spacious and clean. Three minutes walk to the train station and quite a few dining options nearby.

Spacious room. If you plan to visit Universal studios, this is the perfect accommodation for you. Just two train stations from USJ. A few eateries around. Supermarket is nearby. Laundry coin machine available outside property. Very basic utensils for cooking instant noodles only. The only shortfall is there are stairs at the exit of train station, no lifts.

Really spacious, generous sized rooms, quick easy virtual check in process, you just can't get any luggage sent to or from here (using takkyubin/Yamato) as there's no reception onsite to assist. Really close to train station and Universal Studios. Hot water needed to be manually turned on which we eventually figured out ourselves but some better communication/instructions around this would've been helpful.

Room was spacious of 2 adults and 2 teens. Location was a 1-minute walk to train station, 5 min train ride to Dotonbori and Univeral Studios Osaka. Convenient stores a block away was great for drinks and snacks. The only improvement the facility needs is the AC. Rooms got hot and AC wasn’t strong enough to keep it cool. We changed rooms and had the same issue. However, the staff did let us borrow 3 fans and it help a lot.

Would stay here again. Very convenient and comfortable stay. Quick and easy to get to USJ. Place is spacious, clean, and quiet. There is a coin laundry attached on the first floor open until 2300. The emails before hand were automatic and helpful. The check in and out were all done digitally. There is space to self lock your luggage for storage in the lobby. Familymart is across the street and there is also a grocery under the tracks. Food wise there is an indian restaurant, a couple cafes, and many izakaya. There is also pachinko and snack bars. This feels more of a residential area that is relatively quiet.

Very basic

Didn’t know it’s a vacation rental. No real person at front. All self checkin. Room Condition is fine but the furniture is very basic. There’s kitchen for simple cooking that we didn’t use. No wash machine. 5 minutes walk to JR and subway. There are convenience stores and small restaurants nearby. But the neighborhood is not beautiful. Don’t want to stay here again.
