Conrad, Osaka is part of the Hilton group and I would put it on par with Mandarin Oriental and Four Seasons. "A lovely hotel in central Osaka. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. The area around it is very walkable and there are 3 stations within a few minutes walk. The lounge is not large, but it is nice and well maintained. It is also on the same floor as the spa/public bath, which while I didn't use, seems like a good time to go between the two."

"Staff was very helpful regarding recommendations (food). Grabbing cabs and general help. They have a nightly turn down service if you would like and the room I had was very spacious. Gym had all the essentials and my room was always stocked with free water. About my only gripe was the pillows. A little too firm for my liking. Otherwise, beautiful bar, great room service. Walking distance to lots of great shops and restaurants. "
