The Jubilee Hotel West- with Spa Facilities

"This is my second time here. My first time was exceptional. Very much made us welcome. Clean tidy and felt amazing that booked to come again. This time was sadly disappointing. Stayed in exactly the same room as last time but very disappointed. The room wasn’t up to the standard i expected from previously. Needed topping up with toilet roll. No Matching towels. 3 different types this time and colours. It felt messy and very lacking. No handwash. An altogether untidy room. I think poor quality in room generally. The staff however, very helpful and very entertaining. I advised them of this and expect better next time. I was given apologies and will come back again. Next time expecting what the high standard was from my first visit."

"Staff were very helpful & accommodating. Eg. Reception staff, bar staff, waitresses etc. Parking & early check in was no problems. Food was hot & plenty of variety both breakfast & excellent restaurant menu. Excellent location & good facilities. Room was clean, well equipped & comfortable. 10/10 for everything & would be my first choice when I next visit weymouth."

"Lovely house in a nice quiet location, very spacious with everything you could need for a self catering holiday. We used the car to get out and about mainly into Weymouth which we feel is too far to walk unless you’re a serious walker but we didn’t mind that because we wanted a spacious house with private parking."

"We had a small room at the front and with windows open we could hear the noise from the traffic, but room was newly decorated clean with decent shower, adequate for what we needed for 2 nights with our dog £10 extra per night. lively bar decent breakfast included."

"The cottage was very pretty inside; tidy and clean, and nicely decorated. The beds were comfy and the rooms light and airy.Well placed for visits to the various local sights and close to good pubs for food - We would recommend The Smugglers Inn at Osmington and the Sailors Return at Chaldon Herring."
