Great living room space with smart tv and WiFi. Laundry room in basement works well. Used the kitchen daily and was able to make wonderful meals for family. Bonus community back yard with table and bench and lovely garden. Room to park car. Bakery and little bodega shop at end of the street, 3 minute walk. Grocery store 3 minute drive....
