"I didn’t have a good experience with the concierge, Luis. He was stubborn and didn’t give us accurate information we were misquoted on a few things. Another issue is that they don’t spray or treat for mosquitoes, and no one tells you to bring repellent, which felt misleading. Luis also pressured my husband and me to use an unauthorized vehicle for horse riding. When we asked what would happen if something went wrong, he avoided the question and kept saying that if we didn’t go, we wouldn’t get our money back. Overall, it felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable."
