"Room was very clean and comfortable, front desk employee was helpful, very kind and caring at check-in, my only complaints are small but significant.... Hair dryer didn't work, pool was closed for maintenance.... understandable but one of the reasons I chose this hotel and the Continental breakfast was good but having the front desk employee 2 feet from me watching me toast a bagel was very uncomfortable and I feel unnecessary "
