"This place is a right gem, excellent customer service from every person I spoke to including receptionists, bar/service staff and the man at the pool. "The hotel was excellent and well located but quite difficult to find using a sat nav. I also picked the hotel because I thought they had onsite parking when in reality it was a 10 minute walk away and cost £8 so was disappointed with that."

"Two irritants were our door key not functioning on our second day and each morning our prepaid bookings for breakfast not recognised! Staff did sort it but it was annoying. Overall a comfortable and pleasant stay with good, friendly service."

Amazing mini break
"Myself and two friends stayed here for a weekend. What a little gem this place is!! Utterly amazing views, beautiful cottage and the hosting farm dogs were our best friends by the end of our stay! We will definately be returning! Ps the hot tub was fab!"
