"The room and the hotel are really clean. Beds are really confortable. The hotel is new from April 2025. It is really well situated downtown Ottawa (5 min from walk to CF Rideau). However the sauna was not working and be prepared for the small parking lot non-free (37.5$ CAD). Also outside the hotel has a lot of homeless people. "

Our room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The staff were kind and welcoming, which made the experience even more special. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!"
