"on arrival the Valet Gordon was amazing. All through our stay he was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel bell staff struggled with the influx as we checked in but got all our luggage to our room once the rooms were ready and even shuttled the luggage for second room from room 1 quickly for the the kids. Dining was great, Cafe and Pool was amazing, The La Terrasse was excellent to sit and watch the world go by as the sun set on our Castle adventure as the grandkids called it. "

"Great option for a family in the center of Ottawa! For those of you not familiar with Sonder, it is a self serve hotel concept (think AirBnB hotel) that typically offers larger rooms with a kitchenette. We have found that Sonder is a great option when traveling as a family. The rooms was clean, comfortable and convenient. "

"Even when occupied by three adults, the room was very spacious. The hotel and the room were spotlessly clean. The bed was clean and comfortable. Everything was good except for the fact that the air conditioning ran a bit loudly at night when it was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was close to many attractions, with plenty of food options nearby."
