"We travelled as a family of four and absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was so accommodating. They gave us an early check in, which was so helpful, and they stored our bags the next day so we could explore the city some more after checking out. Everyone was so friendly and helpful with maps explaining what there was to see and do nearby. The hotel and rooms were spotless. They were beautiful and I appreciated real mugs for my Keurig room coffee in the morning, the robes and slippers were a lovely touch. The beds were comfy and the location of the hotel was PERFECT. We could walk in 10 minutes to byward market. 2 minutes to the Rideau mall. Minutes to many restaurants and coffee shops and things to see. I recommended this hotel and don’t have a bad thing to say about it. There was some building construction, which they emailed twice about before arrival. Knowing this we turned on a white noise machine, along with the closed blackout curtains and it didn’t bother us at all. (We slept in until 11am!) so the noon checkout was just another bonus."
