We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff were very attentive and friendly. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend the Fleur de Ville hotel!

Very nice hotel next to the Central train station. The room we had was large, good air conditioning and was very clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was within about 10-12 min to the Grand Place and to the vibrant nightlife.

The property stuffs are very helpful. even this place doesn't offer the breakfast, however they provide the information and suggestions. overall it is a good place to stay

Beautiful hotel near the Brussels Airport. We enjoyed an evening meal on their 8th floor, admiring the view. They seemed to be short staffed but handled the crowd with a smile. The room was extremely comfortable.

THIS is a superb choice. We felt safe and oriented because it is near multiple forms of transportation. The hotel is very clean, the hotel staff are attentive, helpful and friendly. The breakfast would be reason enough alone to stay here: the choices are first class and inmaculately presented. The breakfast staff are polite and efficient. I do not know if you can do any better than Thon Hotel EU. The day we arrived we were greeted by the Hotel Manager and he was extremely kind and helpful....

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Every detail was meticulously attended to, creating a truly luxurious experience. The hotel's location is ideal, with easy access to the city center via excellent transportation options.

Stayed overnight with my family. Staff was extremely nice. Breakfast was amazing! Walking distance to quite a few Brussel attractions. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Close to bus and metro. Easily can walk to different sites nearby.

I flew in from the US in the morning and went to the hotel 3 hrs before checkin time. The staff was super efficient in getting me the first available room from housekeeping. And I was able to refresh before going on to the walking tour of Brussels. Bar staff is super nice too, drinks variety excellent. Highly recommend!

Beautiful facility, extremely convenient to train station and Grand Place. Very easy check-in and check-out, no surprises. But it's not for everyone: the rooms are tiny, and the stairs are very narrow and steep. Even for Europe, the rooms are tiny, and the stairs are narrow and steep. We were a couple staying with carry-on bags only, and we had no place to unpack. When we checked out at 6 a.m., it was an amazing challenge to descend the stairs with our carry on bags (and a little scary). You...

We truly enjoyed our stay at The Usual in Brussels. It's such a cute and comfortable hotel. Great location and within walking distance to many great locations. We truly appreciated their focus on sustainable hospitality and their efforts in reusing leftover building materials in the interior of the hotel. Overall a great stay!
