"Nice friendly young lady on the check in desk. Restaurant wasn’t open but there is a huge shopping complex with restaurants/bars/takeaway next door. We stayed with our two small dogs which they allowed this time but was told they usually only accept one small dog (10 kg) so unfortunately we can’t go back. Thanks anyway for this stay. "

"My favourite hotel in Vitoria-Gasteiz. Location good for a short walk into the old town, but easily accessible from the highway. Comfortable rooms, underground parking, reasonable price. Shame the Wellington bar is closed at the moment."

"This was a great location for a 3 day stop in Bilbao. The staff were amazing. Our check in guy gave us great hints and information on where to go and where to eat. Parking was easy in covered parking across the road for €15 per day. Room on 8th floor was good with a covered balcony. Only issue was there was no fridge and the wi fi was very weak. "
