"Everything was perfect except the AC got shut down at night making it hot and unable to sleep. On informing the staff they told they would take care of it. However, the next day it was naturally cold, and we did not have to use the AC"

Rooms on the smaller side (unless you book a junior suite or a room denominated "extra") but very comfortable. Right at the edge of the historical quarter, and short walking distance from the modern downtown where all the upscales shops and also great restaurants are. But most important, staff ois great!"
