"The reception people were excellent to deal with.Very polite. We had issues with one gentleman the morning we were leaving the hotel for the airport, as we came off the elevator the porter I assume started to grab our suitcases without us knowing who he was. We proceeded to the waiting taxi and he wanted a tip from us even though we did not need his assistance.
