"This was our third stay at the Hotel de Hallen and honestly not as good as previous visits. The location is still excellent - walking distance to lots of things. But the check in was quite a disappointment. In the past the staff has been helpful and cheerful and happy to take our bags if we are early. This was not the case on the most recent visit.
