All of the hotel staff was extremely cordial and helpful, especially Camila the manager, who helped us resolve the issue with our room not being ready on time. It is an absolutely beautiful environment, and the location is unbeatable. We highly recommend it for your next trip to Amsterdam. "

"Room (superior) was a decent size, basic, but okay. Shower over the bath was a bit of a pain, but again not a deal breaker. Breakfast - while a bit pricey - had good choice with all the standard Euro options plus scrambled egg and crispy bacon. Staff were helpful and had a great room for luggage. Location is also very central for price."

"Check in, the bed, the hotel was 4 star. It’s a nice hotel but not 5 star. While I was in the shower a fixture fell from the ceiling fell and took me out. I let the hotel know. Just a little freak accident you don’t expect at a hotel that is supposed to be 5 star. "

"Located near the Vodel park in the museum district. The room was good for 4 nights with a nespresso coffee machine and some tea bags. The room was really quiet. Some nice places for breakfast nearby."

"If quirky is your game then Hotel Not Hotel is your board! This is not your average stay, so perfect for those looking for something a little bit out of ordinary. Think glamping but on another level! We stayed in the 'Invisible Room' and it was perfect for coming back after a long day exploring, cuddling up together in our cozy little pod. We explored the rest of the hotel, and looking around at check out time meant we got to have a little nosey at all the different rooms, each one is it's own special kind of different! We would definitely come back again and choose a different room just to enjoy a different experience. Thank you for having us!"

"Front desk staff was universally good. Very helpful and personable. Cleaning however was not great - asked for extra towels and never got them, they did not leave us bath mat one night, room was ok but not particularly well cleaned. Faucet in bathroom was loose, design of shelf over bathroom sink was very awkward, there was no way to be in touch with front desk unless you went down. Chat function did not ever get message to staff, room was very crowded. "

"This is such an amazing hotel. Beautifully decorated with so many social sitting areas in the lobby. Ive never experienced so many guests enjoying the common areas. "
