"The breakfast menu was inadequate, poor quality, no attention to when food/ drinks had run out. Chef refused to cook on weekend . Lack of service in the room, ie, did not refill water bottles. Toaster didn’t always work. Paper napkins & had to reuse cutlery for all courses. Very poor all round for an expensive hotel. We would not recommend it. "

"This hotel is in a great, quiet neighborhood. Very easy walking to all the sights, but not touristy. Plenty of shops and restaurants line the street. The staff were especially friendly and helpful (shout out to Veronica!). My room was on the 4th floor (there is an elevator) and it had ac and a big window that opened to the street. I would definately stay here again!"

"I can honestly say that I last night had the worst experience with any hotel staff across the hundreds of hotels I’ve stayed at. I simple request early in the evening for a few more pillows to our room completely blew up after the staff ignored us until around midnight. After three attempts I went to the “reception” and Hamid was gaslighting and lying to me saying that it was against hotel policy to issue more then one (1) pillow per guest. And there were no more pillows in the hotel. And what would I or my wife even need more pillows for. I became justifiably irritated and called him out on his obvious untruths, which he then denied effectively claiming that I lied. It was so undignified and unnecessary. Any other hotel would have just have given us the pillows so we could sleep comfortably. The unhelpful reception staff and Hamid in particular have fully deserved this review. And after the exchange we got our pillows delivered to our room within 15’ showing that he was lying about everything to begin with."
