"The hotel is run down. It felt like a highway motel. Very disappointed "

"This hotel was situated in an ideal location for our vacation to Amsterdam. It was so close to the museums and in walking distance of other attractions and restaurants. A special favorite amenity of the hotel was that our TV had shareplay so we were able to stream TV shows at night. The staff was helpful and friendly and we truly enjoyed the area. It was away from a lot of the tourists and was so quiet. Our suite was super roomy! Definitely our best hotel and room on our trip."

"The room was quite old and not very well maintained with stains on the walls, ceilings and carpets. I wasn’t expecting it to be perfect but definitely could do something about the stains. It is a good location, staff are great and helpful, the breakfast is decent and has a good variety. The lobby is the best feature of the hotel. The air conditioning appears to be centrally controlled and was turned off making the room quite hot and relied on a single window to cool things down which it didn’t until later at night. The stay was fine, bed was comfortable and I chose not to get daily cleaning as there were enough towels for my stay."

"Clean hotel. Good breakfast. Wonderful location be the concert hall. No elevator so be prepared to walk luggage up the stairs."
