"This magnificent Kasbah is located in a majestic botanical garden approximately 45 minutes from Marakesh. Our dinner and breakfast entrees were prepared from fresh ingredients in the garden and our room was clean and spacious. The staff was exemplary and the outdoor pool and patios were an oasis of peace and tranquility from the busy streets of Marakesh. "this property is 40 minutes away from Marrakesh in middle of nowhere off an highway. You cannot leave the premises without hiring 30 euro hotel cab, forced to eat every night paying 25 euros per head for dinner. There is no Yoga availabvle as advertised, no horse ridiong nearby, WIFI did not work at all, no TV s in room. CANNOT USE POOL AS FREEZING WATER. We booked for 6 nights and left after 3 nights without even caring about losing money paid already. It was so bad.

"The Riad Andalla Spa is an oasis of calm in the centre of the bustling Medina. It’s central location. means that most attractions are easily walkable and when you feel tired and hot you can use Tuk Tuks or taxis arranged by the incredibly helpful staff. In fact we can’t speak highly enough of the welcome we received. Staff were so hospitable and the accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a veritable feast and set us up for the day. We would return in an instant. Thank you so very much."
"The property made our honeymoon special by greeting us with rose petals and roses upon entry to our rooms at the Hotel. They accommodated us free of charge with early check in. Very friendly and helpful staff save and except the attendants at the “boutique” who were piggish with nasty attitudes. They ought to be changed or fired immediately as they brought down the general management and pleasantness of the otherwise perfect experience. Will recommend anyone to visit but stay away from the gift shop masking as a boutique with terrible staff and service. "
"We cannot say enough good things about this Riad. The Riad is super clean and beautifully furnished. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The Riad breakfast is tasty and filling. We also ate dinner at the Riad one evening and it was delicious and reasonably priced. The pool is refreshing, especially in the summer heat. We also appreciated that the Riad arranged a late night pickup for us and had a staff member walk out to meet us at the Medina entrance at about 1:00 am. We would definitely stay again. "
"This is a wonderful resort. The staff are friendly and efficient. Food is excellent and there is something for everyone to eat. Entertainment staff are fun and activities are well attended. Our room was clean and spacious. Bedding was clean and linens were soft and comfortable. Pillows are quite thick, so if you like a really thin pillow this might be something to see if you can request. Areas around the resort are well maintained and it was nice to be at a resort where the pool towels were plush. It was also easy to book and take the shuttle into Marrakesh’s Medina. We felt safe at this resort and would happily visit again. "
