"An absolutely wonderful trip to Marrakech. The rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast was delicious and enough to set us up for the day. The staff at the hotel are exceptional Laurence, Ahmed provide a great service to look after you during your stay. We had a late flight home and they even prepared a lunch bag for the journey home. "Overall, a fantastic hotel. Good location, 10 mins from the airport and close to the main areas of Marrakech. Easy to get taxis and close to a decent shopping mall. The hotel itself is massive, with several good swimming pools and restaurants. Service around the pool was slow at times, but generally ok. The room was of a good size and comfortable. The only thing I would want to improve is that I found the pillows to be very soft and uncomfortable. Also, the view from the rooms isn't great, but it didn't affect our stay. The breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again. However, there are no perks for a Hotels.com gold member! "

"Room was cleaned well everyday, the staff were lovely and attentive - they remember everything down to our daily breakfast drinks order. Nothing is ever a problem. The free shuttle to the town is great and always on time. The outdoor pool is massive and refreshing in the hot weather, with an indoor pool if required. Gym was a good size and had a good variety of equipment. Lots of options for food and drink"
