It may have been because the elevators were taking too long but when I did that I came around to the front to go through the sliding doors that I had a note on there about them locking the doors between I guess 7 PM and 10 AM which makes no sense so I was having to wait for them to come to the doors to unlock up because my key card was not working on the scanner. "Overall, this hotel did exactly what I needed it to do -- provide a clean and safe environment to sleep. But there were little things that we saw that made us question some things. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were really nice. We had a party of three and it offered a pretty comfortable sleep. Everything was clean when we arrived and fully stocked. The woes I have: Parking is $10 a day. This isn't a luxury hotel with a parking garage or gate to keep my car in so to ensure it was safe...it's just a regular parking lot. Also, they need to fix the elevator. There were two and one was out. The one that was working sounded and felt like it was barely working. Guests, staff and housekeeping were using the one elevator so naturally it took a good 10 minutes before an elevator came. We were on a higher floor and opted for the stairs almost every time. "
