"They need better pillows, the ones they had were for back sleepers only. The room was hot and you couldn't change the temperature."

"Initial impression was not great. Well worn exterior. No office to speak of. Owners send a nice welcome note and give you a door code for your room. No contact with a real person. They nailed a clean bed, clean towels and hot water. Nice job and that is what is most important to us. Fairly fresh paint. There is only so much you can do to an old motel. Brown shag carpet. Hole kicked in wall. Mold/dirt around air duct. Missing chain on door lock. Etc. Strong pros and cons."
