"We stayed in the garden suite and absolutely loved it! The host is amazing and did so many nice things for us that I don't even want to mention them...in case they don't do the same for everyone. "Nice rooms very clean. Very easy to take tram into the city center. Not much to do around the hotel itself. No food at hotel just vending machines. "

"Excellent hotel and location. It was a 10 min Uber to airport. Within 10 mins walk of tram stop. Can purchase tickets on the tram itself and get anywhere so that was very convenient. We also took the tram away from the city to the train, which took us to Zaanse Schans. The hotel itself has great facilities and very friendly team. I was very happy the room had a mini fridge. Would love to stay again. Thank you."

"Hotel is in a good position just around the corner from the Metro Station. The hotel Entrance is strange as a mountaineers course is required to climb the very steep steps.to gain entry. The place is ideal for the younger generation, not quite so friendly to a more mature person as myself. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed, but the Bathroom.... The Bathroom had disability facilities but the Dutch must hate the disabled as the wash basin...

"My stay was quite awful! The hotel we’re going through a refurbishment and the work will start before 8am and continue even during the weekends!! The rooms have no ventilation at all and I even ordered a fan at Amazon and although the website says it got delivered, the reception said they never received it. Some of the staff can be helpful when they want but the other will just ignore you or just answer you in a very rude way! Just don’t stay here! "
