The cottage was spotlessly clean and very peaceful with two spacious doubles, both with their own TV and modern en-suite facilities. Comfortable lounge with wood burner, TV and jigsaw ready to go - all with lovely views over to Hardy's Monument. Ideal location for visiting the local area by car - we went to Weymouth (Catch! restaurant was fab), Dorchester, Poundbury,...

"Great for large groups, 6 adults 5 children, loads of room, lounge, kitchen, dinner all open plan, so easy to get together and socialise. Lots of space for children to explore and get away from adult's. All ensuite bedrooms. And a fantastic view of the bay. Couldn't ask for more. Would definitely recommend for family get togethers."

"Unfortunately the house was not clean. Shoes needed to be worn as the floors were not clean enough to wear just socks. There wasn’t enough cutlery for all of us to eat. The bedrooms were well equipped but the bed was uncomfortable and pillows were so thin they were pointless. However the fact that we all had a tv and an en-suite was brilliant.
