"The cabin was absolutely wonderful. It was a great "home-base" for my husband and I. We slept great. I really enjoyed using the kerosene lamps and the woodburning stove. I would absolutely recommend it."

"Great location- 2 clean cabins and great view of the pond! Off the beaten path. Busier road then expected so walking between the cabins with smaller children would have to be supervised - limited grocery storage for the five of us - later check in the most and earlier check - out! Fans kept us cool - beds comfortable ! Overall a few flaws but one of our favorite picks to date!"

"My family had a great time at the beautiful lakeside cottage. We have spent many family vacations in ME. This was one of the best. It's a great spot for multi generation family gatherings. The location was perfect. The lake is beautiful and totally serene. All the lake amenities (tubes, kayaks, float) were a huge plus. Plus the lawn, volleyball net and Zipline were perfect for extra fun. Our kids had a blast each day. Unfortunately we did not have the best weather during our week long vacation...

"Unit 9 was perfect for the 3 of us. The kitchen had enough of everything we needed to make breakfast. The living room was spacious and relaxing. The bedrooms are tight; one bed was firmer than the other. It was too rainy to use the nice deck and picnic table. Despite being located on Route 1 we were not at all bothered by highway noise. We would choose to stay here again."

"I was unsure if I wanted to stay in Portland or away closer to Northern Maine and Canada. I am glad we stayed here because we were close enough to some bigger towns so we could enjoy a little city life and we were just far enough away where we got away from the tourist traps."

"Our accomodations were outstanding. Anytime you book into a pet friendly property and you are not pet owners, the uncertainty lingers until you arrive. Our stay was over the top.
