"The property is right on the beach! We were unable to get in the water and use a lot of the amenities, like paddle boards, due to the sargassum (which is on every beach in the Riviera Maya). The restaurant staff were very attentive and the breakfast was good. They made us a to go meal on our last day. There is no other choice for meals in the area, so you need a car if you want to eat elsewhere. Taxis were $400-450 Mex pesos for a one way ride to the nearest village. You get 1 bottle of water...

"Receptionist very helpful. For the hotel to be 6 years old it is not well kept up. We stayed in the presidential room with pool inside. The pool water was dirty not one days did we see or hear the pool cleaning system turn on. There are water bugs/ roaches. Outside pool was okay. Overall the place is out too lonely.
