Il Perugino | Agriturismo with covered patio

Il Perugino has a covered patio with space to eat outdoors and an interior arranged over two levels, linked by a staircase. The wooden mezzanine houses the sleeping area.

This studio is part of Agriturismo Tenuta Badia, in the countryside near Paciano and Lake Trasimeno.

The equipped kitchen, table and bathroom with shower are on the entrance level. The mezzanine, open to the living area, has a small double bed; there is no separate enclosed bedroom.

The maximum occupancy is two guests.

The accommodation and patio are for your exclusive use.

During your stay, you can also use the shared areas of the estate: two outdoor pools with sun terraces, green spaces, children’s play facilities and three barbecues in different parts of the property.

Each accommodation has reserved sun loungers and a parasol by the pools. On-site parking and laundry facilities are free.

Pools: open seasonally. If you are planning a stay outside the main season, please contact us to check opening dates.

SPA: an optional extra, by reservation and subject to availability. The total price is €60 for two people, for two hours of exclusive use. We recommend contacting us before booking to check availability during your stay.

Check-out: by 10 am. A later departure may be arranged, subject to availability.

Tourist tax: €1 per person per night, for up to five nights, subject to the exemptions set by the Municipality of Paciano.

Getting around: we recommend a car to visit Lake Trasimeno and the nearby towns and villages.
