The property was beautiful and peaceful. The owners were generous and welcoming and accommodating. The kitchen was stocked with sharp knives and good heavy pots and pans. Just a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this place!

If you are looking to stay at a Tuscan villa like you see in the movies, this is the one. The villa has a great feel, well furnished and super clean. The infinity pool over looking the picture perfect Italian Hill town makes you not want to even leave the grounds. There is a hammock that you can take a afternoon nap and an outdoor eating area where you can enjoy a big Italian meal. The owner is awesome to deal with. She is a local and glad,y shares great advice on places and things to do in the area. She also owns a eco friendly olive farm where she gives an awesome tour on the olive oil making process. And lastly the location is in the middle of a lot of awesome attractions and towns. This place checks all the boxes.
