"We decided on this rental for our annual Pismo trip with friends. We've been considering an RV so what better way to test our theories!The host was very friendly in all our written communications, and the checkin instructions were so clear and detailed we felt like veteran RVers. Check in was super easy and we never spoke to a soul (but knew she was available as well as the resort staff). We were nervous with making a double reservation with both the host and resort but it was so easy and staff was friendly and professional!The RV was spotless and had everything we needed, including s'more supplies left as a welcome from the host. We had such a great time and if we visit again before we buy our own, we will be using this host again.P.S. My husband wants a pet raccoon...the tire cover was a sign that we would have a blast. The little guy greeted us as we parked!"

"I give this a 5 star because the hosts were amazing and very available for anything we needed. The location is great with a fun park across the street and a short walk to the beach. The couches were not that comfortable. The beds were very soft and comfortable. I do feel there should be attention to detail on some areas that were not that clean. The housekeeper needs to put in bit more elbow grease on areas of the kitchen and floors and outdoor furniture. But in all, it was a very pleasant stay. "
