"I was supposed to receive free breakfast, that is one of the main reasons why I booked the property, but I was told by staff that I have to pay a fee and I was charged all three days I stayed. I ended up ordering from RAPPI which is their version of door dash which was much better!"

"Excellent Breakfast, Great Location, Big Clean Rooms. Staff is not to friendly but they are serviceble."

"The first day we got there to shower didn’t work did not drain. Bathroom got flooded. Breakfast is sad for Colombian hotel. It’s very sad. There are a few options out of coffee went out of milk not a good experience. The gym is a joke. The rooms are clean with plenty of room overall look for a better option even if you pay more."

"Excelente atención y trato del personal. La habitación muy amplia y con todas las comodidades necesarias. Hotel ubicado céntricamente para moverse caminando a muchos sitios a visitar. Muy recomendado."

"The room excellent. But they did nt advise hotel was under we r remodeling. Noise around the rooms, breakfast no the bét floors dusty"

"I have been staying at this hotel for at least 3 yrs and love it. I give it a 10 out of 10: location, staff the best."

"Staff is very attentive and breakfast is excellent. They need to work on room preparations ( making sure each room has bathroom supplies, phone is in working order). The place is clean, beds are fantastic, staff members speak English and they are friendly and helpful."

"Lovely hotel, the rooms were spacious and very clean, the staff was wonderful and incredibly patient and helpful with the clients. The restaurant was quiet, the food was delicious and the priced were really good. The staff of both the hotel and restaurant were BY FAR the best asset of the hotel. I would definitely book this hotel next time I visit to Cali."

"Considering the recent earthquake, I can understand the renovation being done on the property, but I did not like the location. Also, there were too many lights on in the room - TV, Air-conditioner, The property is not well kept."
