"The room was large for NYC hotels and had a bathtub which is not easy to find. Also I had stayed at the property before and the staff made sure to acknowledge that. The location was perfect, near so many attractions and parks."

"My husband and I stayed here while visiting our daughter in NYC. Great location and within walking distance of subway stations, restaurants, and Bryant Park. We enjoyed the library themed rooms and all the books! We did take advantage of the free continental breakfast on the second floor each morning with coffee, pastries, and light snacks which was very nice. "This is a pretty basic place to lay down your head which is great if that’s what you’re looking for. The rooms are really dark, minimal lighting. It’s also really easy to hear next door, soundproofness isn’t great. Staff and location was nice."

"It's a great place to stay. The manager of the hotel, Andre, is a great asset to making the experience exceptional. He understands hospitality. His staff also reflects his commitment to making a great guest experience."

"very nice and accommodating, in house laundry and bar"

"The Kitano was wonderful! Staff was great, rooms are lovely and clean, with a great location to boot!"

"Franchement tout était très bien, c’était très propre. Les photos sont un peu trompeuses. Les chambres sont plus petites mais hyper bien située à 10 minutes de grand central, le ménage nickel. Le service de bagagerie est gratuit et ça c’est top, le petit-déj’ y a ce qu’il faut café thé fruit et pâtisserie"

"Great place to stay"
