"Our room was absolutely beautiful. We booked a suite with a canal view and jacuzzi tub. The staff was very professional and accommodating, especially Omar and Chiara, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. They offered us every possible amenity and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful and friendly as well. The hotel location is perfect, very quiet and far enough away from major attractions, you feel like Venice is all your own but it is also within walking distance to the Guggenheim and St Marks square. The water bus station is right outside the front door, making this hotel an easy passage in and out, on your trip. This is by my far my favorite hotel I have ever stayed in. Venice is the most beautiful city! 5 stars ⭐️ "
