Lake access is half a mile away and town is about 5 minutes by car. Heating only; no A/C.

Surrounded by pine trees and near Pagosa Lake, this peaceful condo is about a 5-minute drive from uptown Pagosa Springs and 15 minutes from downtown. Restaurants, coffee shops, trails, lakes, and local amenities are within easy reach.

Guests have full private access to the single-level home. Entry is by keypad, with arrival instructions provided before check-in.

Living and dining: a modern living area with a flat-screen TV, couch and seating, a coffee bar with pods provided, and a dining table for family dinners or game night. Games are in the hutch.

Bedrooms: two bedrooms down the hall, each with a queen bed and a smart TV. The guest bedroom also has a twin bunk. A full bathroom is next to the bedrooms.

Climate: heating only, no A/C. Thermostats are in the kitchen and in each bedroom.

Fireplace: the living-room fireplace is not available for guest use.

The condo is next to several townhomes, so please be considerate of neighbors. Pagosa Lake access is half a mile down the road, and you are welcome to kayak. Fishing requires a permit.

A vehicle is recommended. Pagosa Lake is about a 5-minute walk away, uptown Pagosa is about 10 minutes by car, and downtown is about 15 minutes away. Wolf Creek Pass is about 45 minutes away by car.

Weather and altitude: we are a small mountain town at altitude, so pack a jacket and sunscreen, drink plenty of water and take it easy on your first day.

Winter: Pagosa gets some of the most snow in Colorado. Plan to drive, park and walk in snow, and use a 4-wheel-drive vehicle. If you are not used to snow driving, go slowly.

Pets: one pet up to 40 lbs, $40 pet fee. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Please clean up after your pet. Excessive pet hair or messes found after checkout may result in additional cleaning charges.

Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $15 per hour, which helps with our cleaning schedule. Please contact the property manager to confirm availability.

Parking: trailers are not permitted anywhere in the condo association, and parking on the grass is not allowed. Please park in designated spaces only; vehicles elsewhere may be towed at the owner’s expense.
