The owners have obviously put a lot of thought into striking the right balance between luxury accommodation while only a stones throw from Dartmoor or the coast. What more could you ask for than homemade salted caramel brownie's on arrival or welcoming in the new year in the hot tub, with fizz and majestic fireworks in front of us."

"Lovely large rambling farmhouse not far from two great Devonian towns, Dawlish and Teignmouth. Very comfortable with all necessary on site facilities except laundry (launderette in either D or T), including two playful collies and a bonus half size snooker table. A couple of issues with bathroom plumbing and lighting but nothing to detract from a warm half term staycation with the family."

"I contacted the property hosts before booking as I would be arriving late and they were very helpful and accommodating. I also received check in details over text so great to refer back to on arrival with a fried brain from a long drive.
