"-We were given a back side room and we needed to pay to upgrade to the front side. -The front side room was great but the back side room was not good at all. -Breakfast was great with a lot of option. -We took half board and the dinner was ok, it was not outstanding. -The property was amazing otherwise. "Egg,toast, croissant, tea and some fruit as breakfast, same breakfast everyday. Room was cleaned everyday. Room was a relatively OK size, slightly on the small side to what we were expecting. Roof is nice, to enjoy the sun and chill. Workers nice, friendly and helpful. Some dogs in surrounding areas which bark at night and don't let you sleep. And we found lizards can get into your room."

"Zaihn at the reception allowed us very early check in and was kind enough to allow us late check out. She was extremely helpful, respectful and friendly. The room was clean, large soft towels, two complimentary large bottles of water, coffee/tea area, safe and fridge available for use. Only complaint was the shower kept flooding when we used it. Breakfast included was a vast choice of items and we thoroughly enjoyed everything. There's a one minute walkway to get you into the grand Mall next...
